The Problem

This manufacturing plant had a range of floor cleaning equipment in place that had seen a gradual decline in the overall appearance & safety of the factory floor. A combination of heavy soiling and a residue of cleaning detergent made all of the four floor surfaces dangerous when wet, providing a significant slip hazard.

The Solution

TomCat’s Sport Disc Scrubber Dryer with 57kg of mechanical down pressure, provided by a 227kg rated electronic ram when combined with our unique grit brush provides class leading cleaning. The powerful vacuum system left the floor totally dry, removing all of the soiling & detergent residue, dry safe & ready to walk on.

The Sports cleaning ability, size & manoeuvrability provided the ideal solution for this manufacturing plant, powerful enough to clean where the current equipment was failing & nimble enough to get in and around plant.
